6. Online transactions and orders

6.1 Ordering, offers and acceptance and creation of a contract

1. 1. You may submit an offer to purchase particular goods or services offered or advertised by us on this website or elsewhere. Such an offer, whether done by submitting an order form, web enquiry or other statement to similar effect does not create a binding contract between us and you.
  2. On receipt of your order we will send you confirmation that we have received your order.
  3. Where it is stated that any order involves an obligation to pay you will not be deemed to have submitted an order where the payment is not authorised.
  4. An order may not be accepted by us for the following reasons (this list is not exhaustive):
  5. We do not have the products or goods in stock
  6. We are unable for organisational reasons to fulfil the order or provide the services
  7. Due to a pricing or product/service description error
  8. Due to legal, postal or other restrictions meaning that you are not eligible to order the selected products or services
  9. Due to a failure to obtain authorisation for any payment
  10. Your order will be accepted and the contract concluded either when we have sent you written confirmation that we have accepted your order / we have dispatched the selected goods to you / or when we have confirmed that we are able to supply the products or services ordered and have received full or part payment as required and notified to you.
  11. The contract will be concluded in English.

6.2 Cooling off and cancellation of services

You have the right to cancel any order prior to acceptance of your order and conclusion of the contract. You will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
You have the right to cancel a concluded contract within 14 days of conclusion of the contract except:
You have requested or agreed that any services or part thereof will be performed within 14 days of conclusion of the contract, in which case no refund will be payable in respect of the services already carried performed up to the time of cancellation
Where the contract is for the supply of urgent repair or maintenance services
Any refund payable to you will be made within 14 days of receipt of cancellation. The refund will be paid by the same method as your original payment unless agreed by you otherwise or if not possible.
In order to cancel the services you can make a clear statement that you wish to cancel the services in writing or by telephone to:

The notice of cancellation must be sent before the end of 14 days from the date on which the contract was concluded.
Your right of cancellation only applies to the contract as a whole. If you wish to cancel only some of the services this is at our discretion.

6.3 Cancellation and return of goods

1. You may cancel the contract and receive a refund for any goods within 14 days of the date you received the goods except where:
2. Where the goods have been customised to your specification and are clearly personalised
3. Where the goods are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly
4. In order to cancel the goods
5. you can make a clear statement that you wish to cancel the goods in writing or by telephone to:

6. The notice of cancellation must be sent before the end of 14 days from the date on which the goods were delivered.
7. You will be liable for the costs of returning the goods to us and must return them within 14 days of receipt. You shall ensure that the means used to return the goods is appropriate to the nature and value of the goods.
8. Any refund payable to you will be made within 14 days of receipt by us of the returned goods. The refund will be paid by the same method as your original payment unless agreed by you otherwise or if not possible.
9. Your right of cancellation only applies to the contract as a whole. If you wish to return only some of the goods this is at our discretion.
